  1. 1 · Set the questions

Ratings, 0–10 recommend scores, multiple choice, checkboxes, yes/no, short and long answers. Mark the ones that are required.

  2. 2 · Generate links

One form, many links — label each one, set an expiry or a response cap, choose anonymous or signed-in, and share by URL or QR code.

  3. 3 · Read the results

Averages, recommend scores and option counts at a glance, every answer in a table, CSV export — and the raw data in your own file.

Your data stays in your account

Sign in with Google and SurveyKeeper keeps everything in one private Google Sheet in your Drive. Sign in with Microsoft and it's an Excel workbook in your OneDrive. No separate account, no third-party database for your forms or responses.

The app asks for the narrowest file access each provider offers — Google's drive.file (only the file it creates) and Microsoft's Files.ReadWrite.AppFolder (only its own app folder). The Privacy Policy explains the one small record it keeps so your links work while you're away.
